Default Cayenne ACC Problems

The fix was due in September. That pushed to October, November, and now they say they still don't know when it will be out. Without the ACC, I have no cruise control period. I don't use it much but on trips, my leg gets tired and I really want it. I called Porsche USA and they started a complaint . They have called me back to report but the news is that they have no time frame for the software fix.
Has anyone else had this problem and how was it handled for you? I have owned the car for 1 year and half of that time I have had no cruise control.
I have the same issue and I have taken the car back to the dealer four times. The last time they said they replaced the radar unit but the ACC stopped working again on my way back from the dealer. Any suggestions? I would be happy if the unit would only maintain a set speed but that is not possible because the whole system shuts down. BillTMI

I'm having the same problem now show up on my CPO car bought less than 5 months ago. The first error came out the first month of ownership, and then went away. Now, it's completely stopped working. The stealership is chalking it off to "someone probably backed up in you" although there's no scratches on the bumper to cause something like that and are asking $600 for re-calibration. It's worth mentioning that they corrected the front wheel alignment on my first week of ownership as the car was bearing left but never re-calibrated the ACC, I read here that it's often recommended to do them both.

Any advice? Is there somewhere in the service manual or owners manual that states wheel alignment is connected to ACC.

Hoping it's just that and not a bigger issue.
