I have a 2019 with 18K miles on it. My 10K service and oil change was done at 8K miles so I now am getting a service message for an oil change. Is there another service message at 20K miles, or is it at the 2 year mark?

It's every 10K. If your first service was @ 8K, your next one is @ 18K

Are you saying that here is only one message and it happens every 10K miles? I thought there was another one too.

Yes,
They will indicate either every 10K or once a year. So if you drive your GT3 RS only 5K a year, you'll get a yearly reminder. They start showing up about one month or 1K miles before as a reminder.
