A/C Software Update Available
If you have a 2019 Cayenne that's blowing cabin air at the wrong temperature (too cold in my case - it blew ice-cold even with the temp pushed to 80), there is updated AC control module software available that may help. I learned this from a Porsche TSB 74/18 dated Jan 10, 2020 (you can find it at nhtsa.gov). Having seen the TSB, when my car was in for its 20k service I gave a copy to my SA and asked the shop to check. The AC software in my car was updated to Ver. 1060 from 1040, and the AC seems better now.
One thing to note - this update is not part of a recall campaign and your SA may not even know about it. You need to specifically ask for the update to be done.
