I've been going back forth on whether to order a '21 GTS vs. an in stock '20 Cayenne S. The dealer where I am considering placing a '21 GTS order has a few '20 Turbo Coupes with one in my color of choice reasonably optioned stickering at 138 and change which is a good bit under what most in stock turbos seem to be. I had not considered the Turbo level but am thinking about offering 120k or maybe a little less on this unit. That is about 13% below sticker. Is this a reasonable offer at this point with '21s on deck, should I offer less?

That is more then fair. 20% will take work but 12-15% should be easily doable.

If it's a new 2020 Coupe, they probably won't go for 13%. 10-11% should be doable and is quite good. The '21s aren't necessarily on deck just yet.....I don't think any have been produced and they've definitely not been approved by EPA or CARB, so once they run out of '20s there won't be much stock left. On a 2019 leftover, there's definitely much more room, and that's when I'd aim for the 18-20% off depending on original MSRP.
