Specifically .. which Off Road PCM settings are best utilized for driving in snow ?? ( I have a 2019 S with the Offroad Package)

Unless you're talking about driving offroad in deep snow, then the standard driving mode will automatically assign torque to the wheels that need it to provide best traction in snow and slippery conditions. If you're talking about navigating offroad through deep snow, then I would think that 'mud' might be the closest program to snow.
