You carry a fire extinguisher to use on someone else's car, not necessarily your's. Think about it. The next time you are stopped at a busy intersection, count the number of cars in the near vicinity. I'll go with 33. So if there's a fire, there's only a 3% chance that it is your car that's on fire.

anyone know how good that $5,000 rebate is on the delayed Coupes? I misplaced mine. Anyone think it's stored on the Porsche customer system or do I need the actual letter?

When I bought my coupe the dealer asked me for my letter. I don't have it anymore but if my memory is correct the expiration date was someone in next month (November).

dealers want the letter but you don't need it,
its in the system.also I don't remember an expiration date

Ok, thank you. I called Porsche N.A. yesterday and they told me they would email me a copy, but I haven't received it yet.
