New Cayenne Coupe
What are your thoughts? Base costs 10k more, supposedly with more options. I think it looks cool, a bit the same as with the Panamera ST, but wonder how many of these we will see.

Yes, the base Coupe and Turbo Coupe are already available for viewing at the Porsche online configurator.
Very interesting... Exterior color options are different somewhat.
I'm eager to see what the Coupe E-Hybrid will look like; sounds like this will be the offering that Porsche will make in place of a Macan E-Hybrid that I am still hoping for.

On the other hand, the base Cayenne has a very narrow and dull color palate, IMO. Lava orange is pretty unique.. I added up the things that come standard on the coupe but not the regular Cayenne and it totals $8000, so not much of a difference depending on what boxes you check. Let’s reserve judgement until we can see them both side by side.

I agree it looks better than the regular Cayenne but also that the coupe's form is more important than function. That sloping rear roof line means even less storage in back, especially for taller items like my German Shepherd.
Still can't say I am excited, however the new exterior colors choices are welcome. Hopefully the regular Cayenne gets them sooner than later although they may keep them exclusive to the coupe to give people a reason to spend an extra $8k on it.

its basically a Urus with Porsche panels and engine. TBH I actually like the shape better than the regular cayenne as well. That said, I am not sure the moms who need the utility of the cayenne will go for this, and any man who wants a more sportier version would probably be better suited in a Panamera. In short, I think the provided a solution to a question no one was asking, but VW decided to leverage the Urus platform and made the Q8 and CC.

As Porsche has done in the past they bring out GTS trim across a complete model line. I suspect that once the coupe rollout is complete we'll see the GTS trim in both the standard and coupe. Time will tell.
