So you're leasing the car at MSRP? Not sure if you've seen but people have been able to secure 5-7% under MSRP without a lot of trouble on ordered cars...

Incorrect, this lease special is calculated at roughly 5.5% off MSRP

Ok. I guess the way the data is presented is a little confusing. The graphic shows a price of $79k, and you list MSRP as the same amount. i.e. you're not explicitly specifying the "sale" price in the lease vs the MSRP.

Apologies for the confusion.

BTW just to make sure I'm 100% clear, $79xxx is in fact the MSRP, and the lease is calculated at 5.5% off of that?

MSRP is $79,410 - discounted price is $75,061.32 "roughly 5.5%"

So the 36 month depreciation is just under 50%? 😱

Residual is high must be a high MF/interest rate on the lease. Porsche usually doesn’t subsidize interest rates like bigger luxury car companies. Maybe be better off buying/financing at that lease price.

I don't think that is a Porsche Financial Lease Special, that's for that dealer. Porsche would not do lease specials this early into a new model (that is hot) as they want to allow the dealerships to "mark up" their lease buy rates (which are .0027).

BTW, the .0027 lease factor rate (for a 3 year lease) equates to an effective interest rate of 6.4%.
