Babaloo

So, my Cayenne is scheduled to 'land' in Rhode Island tomorrow (9/7). My NJ dealer has told me that the car has passed EPA testing (anyone else hear this?).

He then told me that the car still needs CARB approval. Anyone have knowledge of this process? Timing ??
