Default Bike Rack Hitch Mount - Parking Sensors

I have a Kuat Sherpa hitch mounted bike rack on my 2012 Turbo. It interferes with the rear parking sensors - so the sensors go off like I am about to hit something. Anybody figure out how to get the sensors to not detect the bike rack? I suspect that I have to disable the sensors whenever I have the bike rack on.

Yep, you have to disable them.

Sometimes, even my LCA sensors pop up a warning saying the system is disabled when I'm carrying two bikes, because the radar is apparently blocked.

There is a button overhead on my 2015 CD. I think it is the second button on the left row of buttons. It turns the beep off for your bike rack.

1st button on left stack.

Disables all the sensors, front and rear.
