Had some fun at the dyno today







Very consistent graph across three pulls.

Averaged 425 hp and 455 ft-lbs at the wheels weather corrected (meaning they take into account the temperature of the room).

Figure AWD drivetrain loss is at least 20% which means about 510hp and 546 ft-lbs at the engine. Factory is 500hp and 516 ft-lbs so those are good numbers

 

Sweet! always nice to get a baseline! Where did you take the CTT for the Dyno pull?

Now that I have a base I plan on a ECU tune to increase boost, these numbers are stock which runs the turbos at about 9 psi, with tune that should get closer to 18 psi. Drop-in air filters, since apparently no one makes CAI for this. Diverter valve to handle the higher boost pressure. That enough to get started, maybe H-pipe, high-flow cats and mufflers too, we'll see.

 

Those mods sound great! I am planning to take my 06 CTT to EVOMS in Phoenix. They say around 57 HP and 59 TQ increase from there tune. My E81 option says I have 500/518 now. It is so fun to drive now, it can be a handful sometimes though!
