Default PSM failure help

Got a PSM failure warning and a whole slew of other warnings (start/stop disabled, something about emergency brake, something about braking force) and reduced engine power/limp mode. Scanned and came up with the following codes. Any suggestions on how to go about starting to diagnose this?

Thanks.

Check the condition of your battery.

Thanks. I did do that and got 12.5 V at the posts under the hood with the car not running. That seems ok to me.

Gonna start with that code for the throttle body and go from there. When the car is running, the throttle does absolutely nothing. It starts and idles at about 1000/1100 rpm and that is it. Really tough to move it around when all you have is idle speed. Talk about limp mode.

Recommend you dig a little further. Voltage is only part of the story. Either go to you local parts store and ask them to check the battery and charging system, or buy a tester like theirs off amazon.
