Default Question about voltage draw...

Anyone know how much a normal voltage draw for a 24 hour period is with the car completely shut off?
Reason I'm asking is because someone told me that they read somewhere that if the PCM is rebooting while the key is on, that it may also be "rebooting in the background" even though the key is off. While the key is on it reboots about every 3-4 minutes.
I just put a brand new H9 95AH battery in this morning. After driving for an hour or so I checked the voltage, 12.75. That was at around noon today. 5 hours later it's down to 12.39, should I be concerned?

What do ya'll think?

Also, anyone have a good PCM 3.1 on the shelf they'd like to sell?

UPDATE: Checked this morning it was 11.75, didn't get any weird messages, seems to be fine.

why havent you removed/unplugged the malfunctioning pcm to be safe if it isnt working anyways? i dont think my voltage has ever gone below 12 or 12.1. i also think you should do some research on installing a used PCM before you decide to buy one. im not sure anyone has been able to successfully code a used one to a different car without having to go to the dealer. its def not plug and play.

After driving around today I pulled fuse #51, PCM. Voltage is at 12.8. I'll check it tomorrow...
Sending my unit off will take 2+ weeks and $1100.
I just purchased a guaranteed one of fleabay for $450.
Taking it to the dealer to get recoded is not an issue for me...

UPDATE: 5 hours later with the fuse pulled I'm down to 12.6...so I guess the problem was the PCM constantly rebooting even with the ignition off.

I'll check it in the morning...
