I recently got a CEL related to secondary air injection malfunction. Upon some "looking around", I discovered that I might be missing a fuse for the secondary air pump. Attached a pic of my fuse box under the hood (next to the brake fluid reservoir). Could someone share a picture of your Cayenne's fuse box so I can compare?
