Default Jittering under acceleration, any ideas?

I have a 2017 Porsche Cayenne GTS with roughly 60,000 miles on it. Recently, I noticed a jittering sensation from the gearbox, so I had the transmission fluid replaced. Unfortunately, the jittering has gradually worsened. It doesn't occur when the car is cold, but it becomes quite pronounced after the car warms up and is stuck in traffic. This issue only happens during acceleration.

I drive carefully to avoid causing further damage, but I would appreciate some advice on what might be causing this problem. I've also noticed slight fluctuations in the RPM when the jittering occurs. While I suspect it might be related to the AWD transfer box, I would like to rule out other potential causes first. Any insights or suggestions? Thanks

Unplug the transfer case to isolate.

Definitely sounds like transfer case. When was your in service date? Would be good to get latest version under warranty if possible.
