Default LED foglight assembly 958

Hi there,

Has anybody tried these LED foglight assemblies from China for the 958.1? They replace the whole assembly and you can get a few different colours.

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005...Cquery_from%3A

I like the look of the white/yellow switch but also looking to see if anybody has tried them and has any feedback/photos before I order a set. I am in no way affiliated with this product or seller, just interested in ordering!

Cheers

Your link didn't take me to any lights, but as long as they are flat, not angled and have the four mounting tabs and fit any of the below- they should fit. I'm not sure on the particulars whether you can install LED or not without issues. I'm sure someone here knows. The fog light used is standardized among many brands. Most are listed below. You can use the list for cross reference if the seller doesn't specifically mention the Cayenne. I want
these these
even though amazon says they dont fit.

Echo the above. I bought some LED fog lights from Ali Express recommended by another Rennlister. The description said they would fit a Subaru but they fit my 2011 Cayenne just fine. I bought a pair for like $35-40 where you can switch from white to amber each time they're turned on/off which I thought was a neat feature. In reality, I haven't had a chance to use them in actual fog to see how they really work though.

The only thing I would mention is that most of the non-OE fog lights all have the aim adjustment screw on opposite sides (ie, mirror image, one on the left and one on the right) whereas on the original Porsche ones the adjustment screws are both on the left side (facing front). There's a hole underneath the bumper where you can insert a screwdriver to adjust the lights if necessary without removing the wheel well trim but on the non-OE ones, you can only adjust one side this way so just make sure to check the aim/level before buttoning back up the wheel wells.

I'm not sure why the link didn't work above but I've added in some screenshots below of the foglights on Aliexpress. They have multiple colour options but I'm leaning towards the white/yellow switch.

Yeah those look similar to what I have but mine don't have the angel eye. When you go to change them out, it's also a good time to clean out the cowl drains as you're already working in the wheel well area.

I bought the Morimoto XB LED fog lights about 2 years ago. They are great and I don't really have anything bad to say about them. A must have for color matching if you use a cooler bulb for your headlights
