Default Transmission leak

Greetings! Greatly appreciate if you can share your thoughts on my transmission issue. Had it (2014, Cayenne S) towed to Porsche dealer. There is only one line in the repair estimate - "Diagnostic - Transmission Leak: price illustration 360-000 #4 (x2) , 1 , illustration 320-020 #39, 37 atf fluid". I think the tranny has burned out. I have tried, but the dealership kept saying I ran out of transmission fluid. Sigh - that's the result I noticed, not the cause as I would like to know.
Anyone can decipher what this means? Also, recommendation where I take this to for repair? I'm in Boston, MA.

Thank you so much in advance!
KC

illustration 320-020 #39 is a drain plug
illustration 320-020 #37 is a plastic riser
illustration 360-000 #4 is an o-ring that seals transmission oil cooler lines

Why don't you just ask them where they saw a leak? They must know where they stuck those o-rings.

Thank you so much for the information. This is super helpful. I did try asking the "service consultant" and he started to explain ATF is the transmission fluid.... For those parts they want $2500.
