Default Custom Subwoofer Enclosure in 2015 Cayenne Diesel

Greetings from Las Vegas!

I helped a buddy upgrade the sound system in his 2015 Cayenne Diesel. He mentioned that no one seems to be able to squeeze a woofer into the rear driver quarter panel of a 958. And most option for a removable box in case they need more room for traveling or shopping.

I started off by sound insulating most of the rear of the vehicle. Made 80% of the box out of 3/4 MDF and fiber glassed, mold it together. It houses a shallow 10" woofer.

Lastly, I build a beauty panel to go over the entire enclosure. Here is a shot with the tailgate open. The slider screen can go back in like it normally would. I wanted to make it look as factory as possible. Sounds amazing!

Nice work!

Maybe you're not all done yet, but the floor panel doesn't look like it's properly/all the way reinstalled.

Thanks, yes I was still tuning the amplifiers, so had to take the floor board in and out.
