so after almost getting my cats stolen about 2 years ago (thieves were interrupted but cut halfway through one pipe) - i finally got to this about a month ago - i know it's not steal proof but it will take more time to get them out ...maybe? - i can't stop them from being stolen but i can make my car less desirable than the one next to me...i hope - this crime seems to have dropped off some around here but we're heading out on a road trip and i wanted something under there - the plastic pans do not touch them when installed and they don't effect ground clearance or block airflow

Just remove those and put in secondary cat delete!

Or better, use a bolted steel plate that doubles as off-road protection. Those are just going to catch crap that you drive over, like a plastic bag, and catch fire!

need the cats here n colorado - and i don't think much can get in there with the under pans installed

Anything that might slow down the thieves is going to make them think about moving onto the next target.
