2016 Cayenne S P1517
Wife's car. She just called and said lots of yellow on the dash and it says reduced engine power drive on possible (or something like that). I went home. It had that and a pcm fault on the dash. I pulled the codes and found a p1517 but my scanner isn't P so it wouldn't tell me what it is. I cleared the codes and the car is ok. For now, I'm thinking. Any thoughts?

Update-
60 second thing didn't work. I have a throttle body on order.
But, it's throwing new codes now. P1542, P1502
Thoughts? Mine are a gallon of gas and a match.

The gas pedal is free and clear of any obstacles?
I had a buddy who got a water bottle cap stuck under his clutch pedal. It took the dealer months to figure out. Not a Porsche but on a ford Focus RS. LOL

I'll check for obstructions. Come to think, my wife is constantly throwing her trash down there. I found the batter was replaced in 09/23. Thanks much! I'll continue down the throttle body road and see where it leads.

R8-
Anything special about replacing the throttle body? Is it as simple as replacing the hardware and doing the 60 second thing?

Update-
I replaced the throttle body yesterday. Pretty straight forward. The plenum attached to the TB is just attached by a 'hook' on to the TB bolts. Loosen the bolts a touch and turn the plenum to the right and it just comes off. Cleared codes and did the 60 second thing. Car runs great so far. Fingers crossed this fixed it. If it doesn't screw up in a week, I'll say it's fixed.
