Default Actuators are faulty. Changing break pad. Help!!

I had someone help me to change the break pad. After the an error code popped up said: Actuators are faulty. Press Continue to end. He did this in service mode of course. Should be an easy work.
2017 Cayenne Platinum Edition. 52k miles only.
Please help!!

Your battery voltage looks low. You should have it hooked up to a charger when you're diagnosing. Just a heads up, no service mode needed when doing brakes on a Cayenne. I don't know why some members place their car in to service mode for a brake job. I don' know how to get the car out of service mode because I've never placed my car into that mode.

Placing the parking brake is service mode is really only necessary if changing the rear rotors to make the rotor swap easier (if they still have the drum style parking brake, I haven't actually swapped rotors to find out). To get out you could use the diagnostic tool or just activate the parking brake with the button and it would just take a longer time to engage that first time due to being backed out further in service mode.

The fact it says the actuators are faulty but they were not before the brake job also makes it sound to me like you unplugged the actuator wires and forgot to plug them back in or didn't click them in all the way.
