Default Storing tires in the utility room

It's commonly accepted that one should not store tires in the utility room as the furnace and other devices lurking there throw off ozone, which will age tires early.

I decided to test this and bought a hand held ozone meter via Amazon.

Turns out I have minimal environmental level (.003) in the living areas and in my utility room. Perhaps it's because I have NG rather than oil, so there's no large oil pump pushing oil from the tank to the boiler.

So...now I can store my tires in that otherwise wasted space...

Or, you can loan them out to me. I am looking for new shoes.
