I tried to find other topics with the same subject but still not sure of the answer regarding this.

A company in my area - specialized in cars reprogramming - says that for my Cayenne S Hybrid they can add 50hp and 110nm (stage 1). I find this interesting, however I want to know your opinion on the reliability of the engine/components? Will this risk the reliability of the car or is it safe? The company is known for making this, so it's not someone who doesn't know what they're doing.
