Bose Amp
Just bought a 2017 958 Diesel in Uk the car has Bose installed
The Radio/ PCM has no sound but the seller provided a brand new porsche supplied BOSE AMP
I have plugged this in and now the Bass speakers in the front doors are working but nothing else no mids or tweeters or rear speakers
I have remove the main plug from the amp and checked power earth etc also the impedance on each speaker and done a pop test so all speakers would appear ok
My question is does the Bose Amp need to be coded into the car to get it to work correctly

thank you brilliant thread really good info unfortunately for me covered all that everything i go to is like factory fresh
Still not convinced its not a program issue because in my searching came across a guy with a Cayenne who used a audi Version and had it programmed by porsche dealer
