Yes....unless they are knock offs. My neighbor has a Macan S with those wheels

IVe never seen those on a Cayenne. Are they staggered ?

Macan wheels wont fit on a cayenne. Different center bore i think. Likely replicas

They are Replica from Macan wheels.

They are not OEM because they don’t make these model for Cayenne.

This wheel design was not offered for the 958.1 Cayenne generation. Looks like replica wheels and you can tell by those faded center caps.
