Hello All,
In my 2011 CS the PCM doesn't have navigation (is it normal?). The PCM tab is for maps. When i press the maps tab it doesn't respond.
Any clue?
Thank you

On my 2011 CS, my VIN shows option "7T1 - PCM with Navigation Module" so don't believe they all came with Navigation. Try running your VIN through VIN Analytics and see if it shows up.

I found this at Pistonheads.com
"All gen-two Cayennes came with dual-zone climate control, cruise (with an adaptive option), stop-start, powered leather, LED running lights, electrically adjustable folding and heated wing mirrors, parking sensors and Porsche's Communication Management infotainment system with sat nav"
The VIN Analytics web site will show all your installed features so that's the most reliable. Assuming you have the navigation maps, then the problem could be with the hard drive. Well known on this site is that the early 958 used a Toshiba hard drive for storing map data. That drive is not SSD, but old spinning disk type technology and prone to eventual crashes. Might be related but not sure. I have a 2011 CS and upgraded my Toshiba to SSD
