Ambient Air Sensor Location??? Really??
2013 Cayenne Diesel. Im changing the sensor out and from the looks of it the sensor is all the way up front, in front of the radiator pointing inwards. Literally in a cone at the from tip of the bumper that I cant access from anywhere. I could feed it out through wheel well but NO WAY getting back in there. The sensor is NOT in the duct locations like some other cayennes. Is this really suppose to be that hard to change? I took the bottom cowling, top cover off and wheel well cover and still cant get to it. The youtube video I saw showed one with the bumper off being changed..
Anyone know?

I changed mine out a few months ago on a 2016 GTS. If yours is in the same location, its accessible from inside of the passenger wheel well liner. turn wheel like so:
detach enough of the screws holding the liner in place. this is the tail end of the sensor. I think I needed to rotate 90 degrees and pull to get it out. Then hold in the tabs to detach the electrical connection.

Thank you for the reply!
I looked in that area but I cant find the sensor sticking out in to the air duct. The only one I see is in the location circled. Are you able to see that sensor when you look in to the front on the air duct?Mine didnt have anything in there...that I could see.. But i did replace the one I did find but cant get it back in to the hole.

Hey sorry I chimed in too soon. I looked up the 2013 models and you are correct it says it is mounted to the radiator support bracket roughly in the location you drew. I am not sure how to get there sorry.
