Did anyone else experience a coolant issue with their 958?

My car was towed to a service center because I had an error message stating "Top off coolant immediately, do not drive". The answer from the rep isn't very comforting - all he said was there was no leak but can't explain what happened. (I'm very disappointed with NY/NJ Porsche services so far. This is the first time experiencing this on my 2018 Cayenne S.)

Secondly, anyone in the NJ/NY area have a good Porsche service shop you trust and find reliable? (Jack Daniels Upper Saddle River was a nightmare) I still have warranty on the car.
