Pulled some codes from an ODB2 scanner.
Looks like a failed ignition coil? I did change out spark plugs at 60k miles. its a 2013 Cayenne S
car has about 69k miles on it.
Is the U402 error related to transfer case? oil was changed last year with about 6000 miles on the oil.
Should I replace spark plugs again while I change out ignition coils?
Thanks for any insights you can share..

What sparkplugs did you install?
If it were me, I would only work the coil pack problem and not change any sparkplugs. Access the bank with coil pack reporting as bad. Check it's electrical connection for complete seating. if all is well, swap coil packs 3 and 4. drive. if it is the coil pack it should now be reporting on cylinder 3. Replace it.
If you are inclined to swap out all of the coil packs preemptively, I would recommend confirming a bad coil pack as I described and then replace all with the latest part number from your favorite discount Porsche dealer or parts supplier. Make sure that you also purchase the coil pack fixing screws too.

THey were OEM spark plugs i got from sunset porsche.
Will move the coil and see if the code follows it.
plan to replace all the coils and get the FCP kit for the BERU coils (unless folks recommend getting the coils from the dealer -14 is the latest version i believe) with the plugs.
And noted on replacing the screws. I didn't do that when i put in new plugs.
