Cayenne S Hybrid Failure!

Hi, all the experts here, I need your help.
My 2012 Cayenne S Hybrid shoots error on the hybrid system.
I brought it out to a Porsche dealer in So.Cal for diagnoses, and they pointed out that the brake booster sensor was bad, so I replaced it. Still not fixed and brought it back to them for the second time, their second guess was a leak from booster hoses, so I replaced the ALL 4 hoses.
BUT still not fixed. I don’t wanna drop anymore money to them.
If anyone can point out the possible issues here, please help!
The conditions are:
- “Fault Hybrid System” yellow warning pops up.
- Hybrid system itself works perfectly when erasing the code with a code scanner, but the error comes back on randomly.
- On the freeway driving it never fails. It fails only at idling and local driving.
- When keep stepping on the brake (lightly) at idle, it will never fail.
- The ignition do not start at the first try (almost like it’s not detecting the brake switch), it always starts with the second attempt.
All those above are things I can notice.
I’m guessing something to do with the brake pedal and some switch/sensor??
Any help/suggestion will be appreciated! !

He you guys with the hybrid errors. Would like to suggest to start with replacing the "12volt" battery under the chair, even if the voltage seems to be oke
(mine was 13,4 volt) . The 12v battery is needed , not only for starting, your airco, radio, lights, door locks etc. but also for the hybrid charging process. You won't find the poor"12v" battery condition scrolling through the fault logs. (except from one minor single low voltage log of some sort..) Make shore that after installing a new battery to take the car for a 50 miles spin to charge it proparly. I didn't do that at first and started with trying to charge the hybrid battery with the charger.
The charger (still) kept repeatetly falling out. (no status lights in the charging compartment of the car anymore, dead..) The yellow hybrid error was also still there.
When i unplugged and plugged the charger again it even resulted in a red hybrid warning on my dash and i temporarely couldn't start the car anymore. After just half an hour the red warning was gone and the car could be started again. After i took the car for a longer drive the yellow errors didn't came on anymore. The battery was proparely charged and everything worked fine again. After a week i had enough guts to plug it in again and that worked fine as well.
What a releave reading all the terrible ownrer experiences.
