Default Off Road/On Road vs Mountain Peaks/Highway Lanes symbol

I have searched everywhere. I am trying to figure out the difference between the traction selector switch labeled "ON ROAD and OFF ROAD" vs the normal one that has the mountain peaks and highway lane stripes symbols.

OFF ROAD and ON ROAD vs Mountain Peaks and Highway Lanes symbol?
Thanks!

Thanks. For anybody who stumbles across this, it appears that 2014 was the first year for using the words and not the symbols.

To confuse matters, if you google "2014 Cayenne GTS interior" there are sites that have photos of the interior that show the symbols instead of the words. They likely used the 2013 images for the 2014, but it definitely confuses the matter. Maybe the right thing to do is ask that anyone with a 2014 or later post a pic if their car has the symbols.

I went and looked at a 2012 Turbo this past weekend and a 14 GTS. I think what you stated is right. Turbo had the symbols; GTS the words.

2014 Cayenne Turbo S

It appears that the light indicators on the switch are the same and that only the printing has been changed between the "symbol" vs. "word" configurations.
