Not sure but I’d imagine it’s possible. The sensors are in the overhead console, right at the front behind a little grille, and most people confuse them for the PCM microphone. I bet if it flew right in front of one or even landed in that area it might trigger it.
Might be able to test sensitivity by leaving the windows down, arming it, then throwing a leaf or something in that general area to see if you can trigger it.

Interesting. This could explain why the lights flashed so quickly after my second test - it was dark and the overhead light would have stayed on after exiting the car and the moth would have been attracted to it
