Struggling to find out how these work and what they can do..
Do you plug in an adaptor to your iPhone via the aux port on the TV?
Does it work with blue tooth?
Are they a bit outdated and don't work well with latest phones- eg iPhone 11/12
Is there an earphone socket in the TV?

You're better off getting two brackets that can hold two iPad mini's. then get two iPad minis, mainly because you can go directly to the internet with those if you get the GSM version.

I was more thinking if the car had the screens already. I prefer without as they look dated and seem to stick out way too far.

Pretty sure you can take them off and someone would buy them as replacement for broken ones.

I think the only issue is once you remove them you have big holes left in the back of the seat so you would need to find some way to cover the holes that looks decent. Maybe you could buy from a junk yard some piece of an interior, like a rear seat back, with matching leather and make something with that to fill the holes to make it looks OK.
