I have attempted to find this answer but have failed and I am definitely not a wheel fitment guy as I usually stay with my factory wheels. I am in the process of getting a 2014 CTTS. It has the factory 21" wheels on it that I will keep for summer. I have a set of 19x9 ET 60 Porsche factory wheels from a 2005 Cayenne Turbo that has winter tires (255/50R19). I have read the factory wheel specifications for a 958 Turbo with 19" wheels are 19x8.5 ET59. Will the 19x9 ET60 fit with no issues? Or do I have to source a 19x8.5 ET59 to put the tires on? My guess is the '05 wheels fit but I want to be sure.

They will fit just fine. Your biggest issue will be speedometer. You will need a tire sidewall that, along with the 19 inch wheel gives you same outer diameter as your 21 inch wheel and tire.

ET59 vs ET60 is one millimeter difference in offset of the tire face from the axle. This is not going to be enough to make any appreciable difference.
The tire diameters are selectable on the MFD screen. At least they are on my '17 GTS, in the TPMS screen.
When sizes are different from spec there are online calculators that'll give you a better idea of what's going on: https://tiresize.com/calculator/
Then it's a matter of referencing your owners manual on the recommended tires for that rim size, these where from my '17.

Technically, the difference in offset would be more than 1mm since its measured from the center of the wheel to the front of the axle and not from the face of the wheel. So if you are going from a 8.5" to 9.0" width wheel, that would also have to be factored in.
There are plenty of wheel offset calculators on line that can calculate the net difference. In this case, its still pretty small.
