Default Is this normal or leak starting

Hi All,
I have 2016 cayenne base model v6. I was changing the oil today and noticed some oil around these black plugs.. is this transfer case leak? what are these black plugs? Do you consider this a leak? or this is normal? Do I need to take it to the shop?
I don't see oil drops or anything in the car cover, just around these plugs like oil sweat .. I attached a short video as well for a better view of oil. Thanks in advance.

It doesn’t look normal IMHO.

Leaks coming from the top and leaking down the side. I'm not too familiar with the base engine but mine (turbo) was doing that and it turned out to be the vacuum pump and a broken vacuum hose fitting.
