I have a 2011 Cayenne Hybrid which has the Audi derived 3.0 tfsi. Unfortunately it has the Audi problem of clogged secondary air ports and it's throwing codes (P0491 & P0492 at the same time) as a result. Audi covers this under a service bulletin, but I can't find anything about Porsche covering it, so I might have to either fix this myself or find a shop with the pressure washing tool. I'm sure I can probably strip the engine down to nothing and clean out the ports somehow, but I'm hoping I don't have to be the trailblazer here.

Has anyone addressed this on a hybrid, or come across any tsb that covers this? Any information on this at all will be appreciated.

Did you ever get this issue resolved? We have the same vehicle with the same issues. I am wondering if i need to start tearing the front end off of it to clean the passages out or if it is even viable to DIY.
