Have you started up your Cayenne only to find out the PCM was stuck in FM mode? Me too! I tried restarting the radio with the power button and restarting the car but it would not return the radio to normal operation.
To fix it you have to pull the right side fuse box cover from the side of the dash and pull 10amp fuse #51. Pulling the cover starts from the bottom, you'll see a little keyed slot on the very bottom of the panel. Note that the attached diagram makes it seam like the tab is on the surface of the panel, but its really at the lowest point. From there its a pull out to release the tabs kind of operation. There is a helpful fuse puller on the back of the removable panel, just remember how it is stored so you can return it without frustration. I pulled and returned the fuse while the car was off and my radio returned to normal operation.

that said, there is a also two built in reset options buried in the PCM

reset to factory defaults
and
vehicle changeover (I think its called that but it clears everything, even your stored music in your hard drive (if you have any) and any settings, like where is home etc)

So i didnt mess with the memory settings at all. I have XM/bluetooth in operation and didnt want any issues. After pulling the fuse, everything was still in memory

Stuck as in... it wouldn't change to any source other than FM? That would suck!

Stuck as in wont change at all, but the radio reads like its still in FM. Overall the radio was frozen, and I didn't hear anything, thank goodness, for the entire ride we were stuck with it like this.
