Default Titanium wheel lugs

Anyone know if they make them for the cayenne?
all I could find were lug bolts to convert the car so you can use lug nuts to secure them

I saw an advertisement for them in panarama. Or excellence. They even had the floating ball collar. I'll see if I can find the website again. They were quite expensive if I remember correctly.

Little bit lighter and they don’t rust - not for 400 though...

I suppose it'd vary by climate, but rusting wheel lugs has never been an issue with any cars I've ever owned. Regular tire rotations pretty much guarantees that.

As for weight, um, it's a pig, this isn't going to help. Take out the ashtray instead.

Ya, for the regular ones - I have black wheels so I’d get the black ones (388)

I’m in northeast and mine are starting to look corroded against my refreshed gloss black wheels.
as far as weight, agreed - not winning a whole lot there. Again, if it was cheaper i would get it.
btw, I believe Porsche has been using aluminum and titanium on certain models throughout the years.

I'm not sure I would put titanium lugs on my Cayenne, would feel that is like giving 4 chips to a pig (he will for sure eat these, but ..this will not change his weight !)

Here are a few links that might help:

set for my 911 that I weighed for grins: https://rennlist.com/forums/997-foru...l#post12834457

I bought a set for my Cayenne shortly thereafter. Measure your current bolts and ask for ones of the same length.

They have gone up in price but still worth it in my opinion to not have visible rust after I wash and detail. https://www.world-motorsports.com/po...-bolt-set.html

Rant. Still puzzles me that the Porsche mothership finds it acceptable to use significant resources to produce nice looking wheels and then installs 20 visible lugs that will rust after the factory coating wears off at the impact points, and rust even more if you use Sonnen. End of Rant

Thanks, agreed - but I can think of other things I’d rather get for aesthetic purposes before this

it looks like none of the bolts on their site can be used with 17 mm OE rear spacer here :-
https://content.us.porsche.com/prod/...ayenne%20Turbo

the one i use now are these at 54 mm
https://content.us.porsche.com/prod/...ayenne%20Turbo

i might go for this being cheaper
https://www.acerracing.com/products/...14347945476131

just need to confirm the 35 mm length vs 54 mm , am i missing something ?
i did send them an email, as their length naming convention could be without the adapter i.e the thread length only

Confirmed these https://www.acerracing.com/products/...14347928797219M14x1.5x39 , the 39 mm is the distance from the underside of the ball seat to the end of the thread, same length as Porsche OE 54 mm part # 000 044 602 72

https://content.us.porsche.com/prod/...ayenne%20Turbo

to be used with the rear axle only 17 mm spacer https://content.us.porsche.com/prod/...ayenne%20Turbo

as well as these nuts https://www.acerracing.com/products/...15295041568803
to mount the wheels on the spacer above, but they only come in natural color and not in black , however i can use
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07SD9Z1LJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07SD9Z1LJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

no more rust on from the OE black nuts ! if i can only remove the rust stains off the spacers. only then the project will be complete .
