Pulled codes and ended up with the following:

P0455
P0153
P0133

Replaced the gas cap but after a few miles the codes came back. Where should I start with troubleshooting?

My father has a vacuum smoke machine but if it's not a vacuum hose what should I look for?

Just for reference this weekend we did a visual check of the vacuum lines, found one that attaches to the intake plenum was loose and the o-rings crushed. Replaced and the car ran fine for a few days, check engine light came on again this morning though.
