Check etrailer.com

https://www.etrailer.com/roof-2013_P...tm?fUrl=-c1-NR

There are several options there, with the Inno rack being the least expensive.

I have the OEM rails so I do not know which is the best.

I don't have rails on my 2012 CTT. I've been very pleased with my Thule setup (ARB60 and fit kit 1632). The 9 foot sofa travelled 500 miles at highway speed with no issues.... other than it looking like a coffin. We travelled cross country with a cargo box without issue as well.
