Default 2013 Cayenne 958 VR6 Shutdown Noise
Does anyone know what this noise is? It happens immediately after you turn the key off and lasts about 15 seconds. 2013 Cayenne VR6

Meaning throttle body is broken or it is supposed to do that? I appreciate your help.

It isn't supposed to do that that long after shut down. You should go to the dealer or some INDY and try and re-calibrate the Throttle body.
