Not so much just today, but what I have gotten done since the weather has warmed up and now that we sheltering.
- changed all the interior lights to led.
- installed new black Lloyd’s carpets with embroidered “Porsche Cayenne S” mats
- replaced the Luxor Beige shifter with a black shifter (to try and tone down the overall Luxor beige interior)
- swapped all the chrome outside window trim with black trim.
- reinstalled the Joyeauto CarPlay and moved it to below the glove box since the original install damaged the LVDS cable and it took 2.5 months for them to send me a replacement cable.
Still left to do:
- replace the chrome strip on the outside of the rear hatch with gloss black one
- swap the stock front side markers with clear ones
- clay bar and paint correct the entire vehicle and then paint protect with still be determined product?
- maybe powder coat or just get new wheels????
, it made very short work of getting all the old goo off the trunk lid, after I had used fishing line to saw the old trim off with. Chuck the eraser up in your cordless drill and have at it.

I drove it. Sounds crazy for this thread, but times have changed. I drove it, and it drove so damn well I remembered why I love this car. Ever since the last software update I love it even more.
Well I needed brakes. Decided to go all in and get the calipers powder coated. Had to completely disassemble the calipers, remove pistons and seals. Reassembly of the calipers was a pain in the ***. Its a big job. These are on my silver diesel cayenne with 21 inch wheels. Really completes the look of the car. That faded gray caliper just didn’t do it for me.
I love how you compose the last pic of the "Before" caliper, on a dirty floor mat with dirt in the background then we scroll and get this amazing looking setup.
