@ChrisM Those wheels are Vorestiner 103's. They call them V-FF103's which is Vorestiner Flow Forged model 103. My car came with 20" spiders and they had rash repair on them. I sold 'em and had to pick up another set. Not wanting to spend a fortune on a set of wheels, I opted for these and they've been rock solid for the last 6 years. They've handled the weight of the cayenne with no problem still rune true and balance out perfectly. I had some custom made Porsche emblems made for them but one cracked so I had to install the original Vorestiner Center caps. I'll be replacing them as soon as I can find the correct size as these Vorestiners are not the same size as any of my Porsche centers.

I dried out my spare wheel well pool that had formed and unclogged the rear drains.
PSA if you have a moonroof CHECK THE REAR DRAINS. It only takes 10 minutes and needs no other tool than a screwdriver. Good video here:
It will potentially save you a lot of money on replacing expensive electronics or a lots of time drying out your car when it's already freezing out.

Winter tire changeover and alignment, for both the CS and the Q7.
[edit] Just ordered a set of new tire totes. These will go on the daughter's Q5 wheels, and I also ordered a set of Audi wheel totes for the, um, Audi.

.... Today I changed a static cornering bulb as the first of many DIY projects to come. Big thanks to @garrett376 for all his help in the search process. He has an incredible wealth of 958 knowledge.

Pro tip: replace both sides while you're at it. Might as well upgrade.
I upgraded to LEDs last time around. Any H7 without a fan/heatsink will work, but were the highest-rated on Amazon. Have been very satisfied with the increased output.

My led cornering lights will actually shut off if they are getting hot, so I get the cornering light fail in the above scenario. Goes away once the steering wheel is straight and doesn't come back unless you have the same scenario again.

What I've found is that when you park the car with the wheel turned and don't shut the ignition off, the cornering lights stay on. Lets say if you are waiting for a passenger in a hotel circular driveway.

The ones I ordered are typically used as low beams and have a ton of positive reviews on Amazon, so it would surprise me if they have major issues with heat in such a limited capacity. I wouldn't use them myself for lows, but I haven't seen anyone complain about failures or bad longevity.
Have you swapped out any other bulbs, @Quadcammer? I upgraded my low beams to a better D1S but I think the 35W ballast is what's holding back most of the performance.

I put newer bulbs in for the low beams, fanciest osram or sylvania ds1s or whatever. I tried putting leds in the highbeams, but my alarm would go off as soon as i tried to lock it, so those came back out.
