When I return after having the car at work all day the key fob doesn't open the doors but over night it opens the doors no problem I have lists on the fob

Could be a dying key fob battery. Mine did the same and after a battery swap it's been fine.
Anyone play around with trying to extend the range of the fob? On an older Audi of mine with the same issue, the solution was to pull the antennae wire and run it along the back glass.

May not be the battery if I leave my car overnight doors open no problem the issue is when I've been at work all day and come back out to the car nothing I have to put the key in the lock with the alarm going off
