Default Random misfire 4.5 S

Hello,

I have 2006 Cayenne S 4.5. The car is great, but few weeks ago I noticed vibration when accelerating between 1100-1300 RPM. Also when the car is stationary the revs are very low (500) and the car is vibrating from the engine.

I've changed:
Left fuel pump in the fuel tank
All coils
All spark plugs
fuel lines and rail flush and injector cleaning (i found rust inside)

On my MAC with VCDS cable (for Tuareg) I get the following DTC's:

Bank 1 and 2: Camshaft set point not reached (over-advanced)

Multiple cylinder misfire

On various PROFESSIONAL diagnostic tools I get only multiple cylinder misfire. Everything else is fine.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I subscribed to this thread in the hope someone would reply. I have the same symptoms but my
error code is P0011 right hand side cam sensor.

Did you fix the problem? I did a complete plug and coil change a year ago.
