Cornering light out, not an H3, how to replace?
My '06 CTTS shows the typical warning on the dash, Right Cornering Light. I pulled the headlight assy out (they are Xenon lights), and the cornering light bulb does not look like the back of an H3 bulb. And it's sooooo far buried, I can't get to it.
How can I get this changed? I'd rather do it myself but I'm unaware of the high-voltage of the Xenon capacitors on the headlight and I'd rather not get a big shock trying to replace it!
Thanks for any help.

Trust me, 2006 CTTS is definitely H3 bulb. It is directly behind the oblong plastic end cap of the cluster. Once open - unclip the the bulb fastener and fish it out with long needle nose pliers, as Mr. H recommends. Replace with Philips or Osram (not Sylvania Silverstar!)... for best life.

Yes, its an H3.
Yes, its buried in the headlight assembly.
Long needle nose pliers make it a lot easier.
I don't know how long those capacitors hold their charge, but I never got a shock, and I've replaced both cornering bulbs.
Owner's Manual has a drawing/instructions (not great, but better than nothing). Page 332 in my 05 CTT book.
