Well, the fuel door did not open for me this morning. Luckily had enough gas to make it home so I can find a solution.
THE EMERGENCY FUEL DOOR RELEASE STRAP is located behind the removable panel, inside of the left "passenger side" storage space in your cargo area.
I found this photo online, just added the arrow for the next guy, it might be nice to be familiar.
