Default Do all 955's have a tow hitch?
Did all 955 Cayennes come with a hitch installed? If not what parts are needed to install one?

No. Lots of them, maybe even most of them, but not all of them.

It's a fairly extensive process to install a hitch and all the electrical stuff.
