I was hoping someone may know if I can fit 18" Porsche OEM 18" Porsche Cayenne Sport Toureg Factory OEM wheels rims 2003-2006 (Part #67263) on my 2009 Turbo? I have 19" factory rims on it now, and the clearance to the giant brake calipers looks tight if I go down to an 18" rim. I'm hoping the 18" wheels would seeing I do allot of off-road travel, and want to mount a taller series all-terrain tire.

Not likely. Porsche recommends only 19" or larger wheels for the 380mm brakes, so even though there may be some 18" wheels that will clear the brakes, most won't.
