No, but they look cheap and heavy.

Chrome may make them look heavy, but being two-piece I doubt they are cheap. Everyone has their own taste. I tow and 22-inch are too responsive for my tastes when towing ~5000lbs. I am going to replace them on a truck I just bought and want to know who made them so I know how much they are worth before I put them up for sale.
